How do I contact you?

Is my purchase secure over the internet?
Your purchase could not be more secure with us. All your sensitive information is transmitted with 128bit encryption directly through PayPal to your credit card company. No one ever sees your credit card information. Our staff receive your name, items on your order and shipping address only.
Can I return the item/s if I do not like it or it is the wrong size?
Yes, in most instances. Please see Policy section for full returns/exchanges policy.
I am confused, what size should I order?
Since we have many suppliers, sizes can vary slightly between labels. Our size charts are currently under construction. If you are concerned about sizing, feel free to phone us to discuss your requirements (it is a good idea to take your measurements prior to phoning us).
Where can I try on your products?
Our retail store is located in Gordon Street, Coffs Harbour, opposite Dick Smith Electronics. We are a locally owned and run business and proprietor, Jenny Child, takes great pride in selecting the styles for our store. We are not governed by what a franchisor tells us to stock nor do we sell the same styles repeatedly (unless they are consistently available and are just too fantastic not to re-stock!). Our styles, both in store and online, change frequently as we order continually from each new season's range from our many suppliers. Select lines are chosen to be sold in our online store and these styles can generally be tried on (provided stock is available in-store when you visit) at our retail store.
I do not have a PayPal account, can I use my credit card online?
Yes. You are only using the service PayPal provide to process your credit card. You do not have to sign up with PayPal. Remember when you checkout and are transferred to a Paypal screen, to enter your address exactly as it is listed with your credit card company. Please be assured that PayPal is a very secure system and is our preferred method for online sales however if you would prefer to give your credit card details by phone, please email us your order, delivery address, your contact number and the best time/s to contact you (or the time/s to avoid calling) so we can collate your order, ensure your selection is in stock then phone you for your credit card details.
I have further questions about PayPal or a problem while using PayPal. What should I do?
Try emailing the PayPal support team (Click on the following address. If the link becomes inactive, copy this address to the "To:" box when emailing: webform@paypal.com.au). They are very busy people so do not worry if the response is not immediate. They are efficient and will assist you as soon as they are able. For immediate PayPal telephone assistance, the hours of operation for Australian users are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 6:30pm, and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:00pm AEST.

Do you offer alterations?
No. Sorry, we do not offer alterations on our products.
How do I order multiples of the same item?
If we have more than one article of the same item, this will be indicated in the description for the item & is updated with each sale. If there are multiples of the one item available and you decide to order more than one of the same item/size/colour, make your size/colour selection, click the Add to Cart button to purchase then, in the Shopping Cart page, change the Quantity accordingly and click Update Cart.
Who is the designer/Where do the products come from?
We order from a number of popular suppliers. As our store is independently owned, we purchase according to what we would like to stock, rather than what a franchisor tells us to stock. Not all of these labels will necessarily be available online all the time, but our labels include (and are not limited to) Katie Pye, Geiger, Swish, Free Woman, RTM, Lavender Road and Alison Punch.
Please check the descriptions of each item for details of what quantities are available for each item.
